What does go to a server?

Only Stripe payment data when you download. Stripe handles card processing — we never see your card number. Your PDF is not sent during checkout.

Frequently asked questions

Can I verify that my PDF is never uploaded?
Yes. Open DevTools (F12 → Network tab) before uploading your PDF. During all editing operations you will see zero upload traffic — only a Stripe request when you pay.
Does PDFAmend store a copy of my edited PDF?
No. Your PDF exists only in your browser's memory while the tab is open. Closing the tab removes it completely. Nothing is saved server-side.
Is my payment information stored?
No. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. PDFAmend never sees or stores your card number — only a Stripe payment token is used.
What analytics data does PDFAmend collect?
We log anonymous usage events (page loads, upload events) with no file content — your PDF text is never transmitted. No personal information is collected without your consent.
